[Logan had honestly been looking for trouble when he went down to the Deathmatch tonight. He'd needed an outlet for the helpless anger and misery that had flooded through him upon learning the terrible news from Kitty.
Someone had actually shown up from his own world, only to try to tell him that he was fated to go home and kill the woman he loved, after she killed one of the men he respected most in this world.
It was all too much to deal with, on top of everything Laura had been telling him about their pasts. The time for being a mature X-Man/leader of the X-kids is over for today: he called off training this morning, and spent most of his evening wreathed in the smoke of his cigar at the counter of the Deathmatch, knocking down drink after drink.
Until that moron insulted his hair.
The guy - Dean, he thought he'd heard someone call him - had been a snide jackass since the moment he walked into the bar, and that was enough to get Logan to start something with him.
When the punches started to fly, he pulled his own long enough to not knock anybody out in one blow. It was more satisfying to wail on 'em a few times - get the whole damn bar in an uproar. Furniture flew, other fights broke out, chairs cracked in half: someone tried to interfere, but Logan just responded by snikting out his claws and cutting straight through the goddamn counter of the bar. That seemed to deter the would-be heroes for a second, and it was enough for him to deliver a fist straight to Dean's nose that knocked him out cold.
Most of the other fights die down after that, but the place is a helluva mess.
He doesn't really feel any better, either. Hrmph.
He mutters to the bartender in the quiet wake:] Put it on my tab.
[And with that, stalks towards the exit.]
[OOC: After this! Feel free to have your character have been present during the barfight, orrr just walking in as Logan exits, or catch him in the hallway on his way back to his room. Who dares to approach the very angry, angry looking man who just chopped up the bar? Feel free to post reactions to the barfight too and/or threadjack each other to discuss it.]
