~ On the 10th 8ilunar perigee of the 3rd dim season's equinox ~

Upon arrival to this world, I am faced with the issue of those from different moments in time. I frown at this, as it reminds me of Karkat's terri8le memos to which I wrinkle my olfactory nu8 in disgust. As far as I know, I am the most advanced in the timeline (most advanced as always, no surprise there!), which served to 8e an annoyance 8ut also a 8lessing.

No one seems to 8e familiar with what I did to Tavros, not even the 8oy himself. I really don't want to know what's going to happen when they do find out, 8ut I predict a lot of yelling and 8laming and 'oh, Vriska's a terri8le person, 8luh 8luh 8itch'. Just like always! Except worse, may8e.

I thought I could talk to John a8out this, 8ut it seemed as though he was from the past as well! Lame. Fucking lame. I informed him earlier how we shared a lot 8etween us, my thoughts, my sympathies, even my deep down insecurities, 8ut when I spoke to him at first, there was nothing from him, nothing! It was pretty disappointing, to say the least.

I know it wasn't 8ecause of me, 8ut after some time, he came to me in order to help him remem8er. It was just a joke when I said I'd 8eat him over the head with something until he'd remem8er himself, 8ut damn, the 8oy's crazy! I couldn't help 8ut convince myself 8elieve that his idea was just crazy enough to work.

So, I did it. I sent him tum8ling down the stairs. I couldn't do it without putting him to sleep first. Even I'm not that much of a 8itch, I don't think. Well, may8e. Not going to lie, it kind of sucks that the only way to ensure you keep what could 8e considered your only friend here is through hurting them.

Feels 8ad, man.

~ On the 12th 8ilunar perigee of the 3rd dim season's equinox ~

I wait at his 8edside. It's so fucking sentimental and human of me to do this, 8ut I do it anyway. I didn't spend every waking hour with him, 8ut today just seems like the day I discover he's not going to die, he's not going to stay incapacit8ted forever.

Nepeta enters. It seems as though she wishes to meet with the human as well, and I do a good jo8 of hiding the look of worry on my face. I laugh it off, I allow for a shrug, I even go so far as to say the 8oy's a fucking idiot! 8ut I think Nepeta is a lot more perceptive than we give her credit for.

She approaches, looking down 8efore 8ounding to a near8y hook, o8taining a doctor's coat for herself and proceeds to 'play doctor'. Stupid safe roleplay. So pointless and innocent and such a distraction from what you're really trying to focus on.

I play along.

Some time passes, and lo and 8ehold, the 8oy wakes up from his deep slum8er. We proceed to startle the ever-loving shit out of him, and I fit the role nicely. I am pleased to see that there is nothing out of sorts, and am enamored at the sight of his doing the windy thing.

I knew he could do it. It's astounding how a human can find himself so damn strong. Kind of needs to work on sharpening his personality, 8ut I guess there's a 8it of endearing nature in imperfection.

We take our leave, and I cannot resist the tempt8tion of giving him a token of well-wishes. Fuck you, Nepeta. You'll have your own excitement with this, won't you? Guess I'll have to learn to live with it.

[After a few moments of consideration, Vriska finds herself curious about those she ran around and fussed and meddled with earlier.

She didn't get along with most of them, but she couldn't help but ask.]

Soooooooo........
How have you little wigglers 8een?
Any nightmares you'd like to discuss?
A lot of you have 8een pretty quiet!

[This evening, Vriska is lingering in the hallway, peering out the window. It seems as though she is attempting to look off to the distance, trying to catch sight of any suspicious-- or interesting-- activity. Little does she know she may very well be the interesting and/or suspicious thing in question!

As questionable as this world's sun is, she'd rather wait until this time to venture outside, which is where she's heading now. She also will opt to look through her journal as she traipses about! Flipping through pages man, flipping through pages.

And she'll dictate into the journal, not minding to ask it to reflect her writing quirk. After all, she's a girl on a mission! No time for that, man.]

So, not even going to lie, this place is pretty interesting! The land of magic and danger, I call it, and boy, is it dangerous! I mean, fuck! One week, I'm creeper bait. The next week? Some fucking hornless, red-skinned jerk takes a swing at my face, no pity whatsoever!

At least this place keeps you guys on your toes. I mean, seriously! How the hell can you ever get bored here?

I was flipping back into the journals, and you guys were up to your pedal nubs in spiders! That sounds so damn bad ass! I wish I was there for it! What happened to the queen? Are they still out there? Inquiring minds want to know! Yeah, I can read it, but it's nothing compared to listening to a "survivor" recollecting the trauma!

Now that I think of it, what's stopping everyone from going out there more often? Where's your sense of adventure? Don't tell me you need a break from all that, considering how up in arms you all get when there's trouble afoot.

Man, can you imagine if there's a wide, gaping sea out there...

(ooc. at work for another hour, but I just wanted to get this down for later. OPEN OPEN. Through the journal, in person, behind the Vriska, running into her, on the ceiling, around a corner... Anything goes!)
