[he has a torch in hand, the beam skimming over the uneven surface as he clambers enthusiastically into the gloom. Further in though, he'll pause, running the dirt through his fingers to test the consistency...before popping a little bit of it into his mouth.]

Same as up above.... if there was anything in the physical properties of this place that contributed to the spatial distortion, it doesn't seem to have stayed.

[musing as he straightens] But is that because the spatial distortion is gone.. or is it because it was something else entirely that was creating it?

[sigh] Whatever turned the gravity in this cavern on it's head didn't leave behind any physical traces. Not in the ground or the air, anyway.

Meaning what, exactly? This thing just really good at covering its tracks?

That could be exactly it. Or, I suppose the power source for the gravity effects could have disappeared when Slenderman was defeated, but it's a bit surprising that there don't seem to be any lingering affects from the created anomaly.
