[one would think someone who makes a hobby of romping about with strange animals would have a more vivid or neutral reaction to seeing a large horse gallantly making its presence known, but he doesn't. so he just stands there, wide eyes blinking, watching this majestic creature and wondering what in the world--]

[ The amount of people who have stared at him since his arrival has made him a little less suspicious of those who do so. Nonetheless, he regards this wide-eyed stranger with an equal amount of curiosity. The fact that he didn't rush at him or shout definitely works in his favor.
