[ Since she doesn't know if the loss is over and she hasn't seen either him or the dog aboard her ship - though she does admit that she could have missed either - she figures it's worth a shot asking ]

Has anyone seen a brown Labrador? He's pretty big with a name tag. [ If he's not around, maybe he got lucky and got left in the castle? If he's ( Read more... )

My powers are weaker. [ Piper is not liking this at all. ]

It's the outside that I've always been worried about. Now I'm going to rethink my stance on that.

I hope so. I just really don't trust this castle at all. [ Piper will be glad to hear that when she confides in Kitty about Paige being her sister. ]

I hope they don't expect my ship to sword fight, too. That's where I'm drawing the line.

Neither do I. Sometimes it might seem nice, giving us pretty much everything we could want but that's about it. It did kidnap us first, and then does this. [ She also speaks very highly of you :3 ]

Sword fighting's kind of fun... when you're not having to fight for your life, anyway.

There's always a catch. This castle seems like a safe haven before it rips the rug right from under you with a - what are they calling it? - world change. [ Not the bad things, she hopes! ]

I've never been one for fighting like that. Always relied on my powers a bit too much. But considering this place? I wouldn't be surprised if our swords weighed like cement and the opposing force had magical weapons.

Exactly why you should always look twice. Even just normal losses aren't good things. [ she looks up to you ]

I've never known how to fight other than how to use my power. As a team, those that had offensive powers tended to fight. We don't use violence. Here? I thought it would be better to learn just in case. So I'm learning judo and weaponry, along with helping train Alleyne's class.

So far I've just seen sea creatures, so hopefully they're sticking to that theme. I just don't want to come across another pirate ship.

It's the same with us - Prue had the offensive power until I earned [ ha! ] my exploding power. Phoebe - since she has a passive power - took it upon herself to learn martial arts. I've always kind of envied her for that. I've never really had the guts to go out and learn how to fight without relying on my freezing and exploding. [ a beat ] You must be rather busy. What does Alleyne teach?

As long as Jaws and any of those Kracken creatures are long gone, I think I'll try to make peace with the idea that I'm on a ship. [ a beat ] Pirate ship? Please don't tell me there are freaking pirates out in this water!

Then you should try it. I figure since we're in a castle and we don't have actual life things to do, we should try everything we haven't tried before. At least it's been fun doing new things, anyway. And it can get pretty busy. Alleyne teaches various forms of combat, a lot of weaponry types too. She's teaching sword fighting on our ship, too.

I think we're the only pirates, at least so far. Maybe since we're the only ones the castle took there won't be any others. [ Please no first gens please no first gens ]

I've never been too keen to try anything. But ... I'm trying. I'm trying to enjoy this ship but ... it only ever goes so far until I'm annoyed again. That doesn't sound so bad, actually. The sword fighting will come in handy if you're ever boarded by Spongebob.

I'll be sure to make an eye-patch or buy one from the market. Just as long as no one gets a parrot, I'll be okay with wearing the pirate's hat. [ Piper doesn't even know what a first gen is, so the only 'others' for her are real freaking pirates. ] Lets hope the castle is nice and we're the only people on these seas.

I think if we were boarded by Spongebob I'd be too distracted by how weird that was to actually fight him.

You know, that's the only thing that I didn't find. There was some clothes ready for me when I woke up but there wasn't a hat to go with them. [ Yeah, she's a bit bummed about that ] I think we're all hoping that.

I'd kidnap him and use him to do the dishes. If his starfish friend came aboard, I think I'd slap him upside the head. He's giving starfish a bad name.

I'll give the castle a gold star for the clothes. I wasn't too fond of being stuck in what I wore to bed for however long we're out to sea. [ pause ] If there's a hope circle anywhere, I'd gladly throw my hand in. I'm hoping the rocky waves are as far as the nasty streak of the castle goes.

You've met starfish?

You sound like your ship's having it easier. We've got a few places to port at on our map and they don't sound so good.

No - and I kind of hope not to. But if I did, that's what I'd do.

I ... haven't been keeping up with any future destinations. I'm having trouble enough getting my sealegs. I don't think our ship name and the character of our captain compare with being attacked by harpies. Is your captain ... you know, captain material?

She knows what she's doing. I think she's actually a pirate, too. She likes the rum enough, anyway.

We got stuck with an angel, I think. He has a good head on his shoulders, but he's not a pirate.

... Did I miss something in Peter Pan? Do pirates like rum a hell of a lot?

walkinthruwalls June 25 2011, 11:58:32 UTC
An angel? [ That surprises her, though it really shouldn't considering the Angel she knows ]

That's what I'm figuring. She didn't like it when it was used as a weapon.

moleculars June 25 2011, 12:11:08 UTC
The details are blurred on that one. Aziraphale's his name.

Huh. You'd think rum would be the weapon to use. It does cause a lot of damage. [ Why can't you appreciate your power, Piper? ]
