What am I being asked to report about? My abilities? If so, I'm a medical doctor, so suturing wounds closed, operating, and other things like that I can do.
Haruno, yes. I want a more current idea of who we have able to do what here in the castle, or in the city. It's hard to keep track of a lot of the time, and I want to know we've got the people around to help when help is needed.
I can understand that yes, I was the head of a large, sanctuary of sorts back in my world, we used to document what all our residents could do in a database as they arrived, or as they were brought to our attention. Mostly for scientific purposes, but it was good to have when we were under attack. Perhaps something similar could be set up here?
Yes, that's what I was thinking, actually. Getting something better set up for that here would be good, since we lack a lot of the otherwise organized structure from our respective homes.
Yes yes that would be good, yes. We would have to gather information about others, and find a way to catalog it somewhere. Securely, just in case of course. Even if it were under medical records or some such thing, it would be better then nothing.
We can see about talking to some of the better designers if we want copies other than physical ones, but something should be on hand in the clinic proper anymore.
Yes, something should at least be in the clinic, worse has come of not knowing something about someone, allergies, reactions to certain forces or chemicals.
Now while I would like this to be mandatory, what are your views on that? I haven't been here long enough to know how the other residents would react to such a thing.
If you're looking for health files on each person, it's hit and miss. Some don't like it, others do, and often we're operating blindly because no one has an on hand record of blood type or even if they need special treatment. We're not a collected force of people, working for one cause, so it falls through the cracks when we're not currently occupied with one communal goal.
And yet they don't see the point in cohesive medical records? What would happen if THEY were the ones, on the table needing to be operated on or healed by someone's powers, only to discover they have an allergy or some such thing? This is an important thing to have organized, it should be the one thing everyone in the castle is willing to do no matter they're alignment or allegiance.
You won't find me arguing with you. I think we should. Making it mandatory won't necessarily work, but asking people to fill out a form might. Maybe we can wish forms up on everyone. This castle has to be good for something like that.
That is good, a combined force may just work here. And if you think asking people to fill out a form would work better then making it mandatory then we shall do that. And if the castle won't agree to it, then maybe we can, spend a day and hand out forms or shove them under doors or some such thing, just to get it out there at least.
Harder to refuse a door to door person, huh? It's not a bad idea. Maybe run physicals for all the people willing to come at the same time, or at least get the basics of emergency care taken down -- bloodtype, known allergies, things which can make that last minute difference.
Basically yes, hard to ignore someone knocking on your door and not giving up, or leaving a bright piece of paper clipped to the form on the floor. Human nature and all.
But yes, for those willing physicals would be good, blood type, known allergies, type of being just in case it would make a difference, all would be important to know. Maybe even run a standard test panel when they leave on blood samples, gather all we can while we have them.
