What is it that brought along this questioning?

A recent loss I had. It's made me think about a lot, and I started talking to a few people.

May I ask what it was that occurred?

I hallucinated blood on my hands and the castle took away a memory.

[longaevus]

Was that memory returned to you?

[wittybaudelaire]

It was. When the blood dissipated.

I'm sorry that you had to experience such a thing, it can be rather disconcerting. [ She means the castle, she's not going to ask about the blood or more on her questions unless Violet wishes to tell her ]

It was. It's only left me dealing with something I would rather not.

[longaevus]

I can understand that. I was recently placed on a loss by the castle which brought up memories that I would prefer to not have thought on.

That is sort of what happened. I lost important memories and then had them returned.

How much did you lose?

[wittybaudelaire]

A few hours worth.

You are lucky in that respect, as unpleasant as the experience is.

[wittybaudelaire]

Considering what the memory was, I wouldn't deem me lucky.

[longaevus]

In that respect no, but you could have returned with more memories of such events.

That is true. Unless there is more that I can't remember now.
