He'd passed the blonde on the bench on his way to work, and for the duration of his walk to and from his office something had been bugging him. There was something about her, but he just couldn't put his finger on it. Luckily though, she's still there upon his return, but her head is still bowed while she writes in the book on her lap.
He slows down before stopping several feet away, toying with the idea of going over to her.
Curiosity gets the better of him though as he walks over to her, and tries to get her to look up.]
Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt, but- [insert unsure but still incredibly disarming smile here.] do I know you?

I'm just a weary traveler taking the expert opinion of someone who knows the area. [Plus, Harmony has that concept still stuck in her head that it's nicer to let boys give the directions even if they get lost. Not that Dick would get lost.]
