I have twenty sticks. We'll take turns taking sticks, the first player taking at least one, but not all the sticks. The second player is free to take up to twice the amount of sticks that the first player took, but no more. The player who takes the last stick is the winner. The game is to be played multiple times. Feel free to use any strategy that you like.
