[she awakens and the stillness is what she notices first. A cautious motion draws her knees up and then off the edge of the bed to allow bare feet to press to a floor that doesn't have the hum of Her beneath soles. The steps are silent nearly on the balls of her feet as she moves through the room that she knows isn't hers. She wants to scream. To tell them she didn't want to go back. That she was safe. He kept her safe. They didn't need to take her away. Instead she's not going to speak until she knows something other than what she doesn't know. But no one is coming to take her. No eyes are watching her and the door opens freely, swinging wide into a hallway. The numbers on the door mean something to her, but nothing to them. They don't notice, don't see... can't see. It's a moment of panic before she shuts the door, rather loudly, with both hands pressing to the surface. Shutting her eyes the blackness returns to her, but opening them it's all the same room. Not any room. A room for her to stay in.]
Simon?? [has he really never come for her? Was all of it a dream? What did they do...]
