They'd been following their target for some time... Billy wasn't exactly a master at stealth, but he at least knew enough to wait until there seemed to be no witnesses around before striking. And--finally--it seemed like maybe that time was now.
With the duffel bag containing his latest invention slung over one shoulder, he took a quick peek around the corner. Ah, yes. Their quarry seemed to finally be in the clear. Ducking back, he crouched against the wall and shucked the back quietly to the ground, giving a nod to Hank.
Voice hushed to a whisper, "...Seems like it's all clear. You think you can keep his attention facing away from me while I set up?"
So far they'd managed to go unnoticed by this Rinzler character, but Hank wasn't taking any risks. In the event that they were discovered, he figured all he'd need to do would be to swoop down and incapacitate him.
He began to lightly float where he stood, before turning to Billy.
"Be ready. I'd rather not have this get messy when it's not necessary."
With that, he silently took of from where he was so that he might be able to approach Rinzler from behind - and not give away Billy's position.
Considering the amount of things Billy is running around with, it is pretty amazing he hasn't made enough of a noise to tip Rinzler off. As it is, he'll cant his head to the side when he hears what he thinks might be whispering, stopping in his tracks for a minute, before very slowly walking forward.
He doesn't hear Hank take off again, but he's alert now. He has no reason to be suspicious of people talking, however, so while he's listening for any more sounds, his guard is not exactly up.
Be ready. Right. ...It doesn't help that the little power-supply on the bug takes a few seconds to warm up. While Hank sets off, Billy works on quietly unzipping the duffel bag and pulling out the 'gun.' A moment later, he's turning on the bug and fumbling to load it as quickly as possible.
