[Wow he doesn't know much about this guy at all. And that sets him on edge right away, even without considering he volunteered to play prosecution here. Gotta watch out for personal vendettas and grudges with this one]

[Anyway, he keeps his gaze on the Doctor, shoulders held tense, brow furrowed just slightly. Wat do, mang]

[Eleven smiles oh so cheerfully back at Two-Face, showing none of the emotions or negative thoughts currently whipping around his head]

To start with: What would you prefer I call you? Harvey? Two-Face? Some amalgam of the two??

[Clicks his tongue, dead-eyeing that smile. You shouldn't lie Doctor!]

Which one of us are you putting on trial?

Well I think we've established that the two of you are one in the same, just two halves of the whole. However, since it was Two-Face who seems to have done the more dastardly deeds perhaps I should stick with that, hmm?

Well that's just wrong.

[He raises his... well... eyebrow, and leans back in his chair. He'd be crossing his arms if they weren't otherwise occupied!! They're separate people, man, and you have lost cooperation points with them for that]

But we can hardly stop you, prosecutor. Why don't you ask your questions now.

[He just smiles patiently, leaning back against the table]

Why don't you begin by telling us how you know Uru Takamura.

[Mirrors him, leaning back in his chair, an ugly smirk touching the corner of his mouth]

I noticed her over the journal, and ah... arranged a meeting. We met once or twice, but she hasn't come to see us in awhile now. [Baww, look at this incredibly fake sadness!]

[hulloeverything]

[Yeah, he's so not buying it.]

Could you tell us what happened at those meetings?

[sonsofzeus]

[Calmly... looks at him. Then over at Sakura. Then back. The Most Patronizing]

You're not very good at this, love.

But... since my partner over there seems to have prematurely pleaded guilty for us... [Shrugs idly] Mostly we argued. The first time we argued in a warehouse and she tried to run away, but... [Eheh...] Well we didn't let her get away with that.

And before you ask, the other times were in that prison or over the journal so it really was just arguing. [Mild eyeroll. He is, of course, including attempted assault within the bounds of "arguing" here, but... details]

[His smile darkens slightly] Oh, I'm just getting started, dear.

[Oh goodness, but he does like it when he can get under the Good Guy's skin, so that smile just makes him grin in return]

Mmm, lots of things. She wanted me to stop what we were doing and let her go.

[Sounds... more bemused then usual suddenly: ] She wanted me to let Harvey go at one point...

And what, exactly, were you doing? What was it she wanted you to stop?
