Verdict's in to Apollo, and he delivers the sentence.

The jury has decided that Harvey Dent is to be put in jail during the during the duration of his psychiatrist treatments and can be cleared for castle arrest only by Dr. Sweets' evaluation. If he attempts to leave the castle at any time during his imprisonment or castle arrest there will be additional sentence time and he will remain in jail.

If he goes anywhere near the castle resident Uru Takamaru that will also result in additional jail time. If he brings harm against anyone that to will gain him additional jail time. In the event that his actions lead to the death or attempted death of anyone, execution will possibly be the next result.
