Hey GUYS.
This plot you are about to read is 100% optional. Your character gets to decide whether they want to go on the adventure, or whether they want to stay home. It's crack, so don't expect any pain, death or angst beyond... the teenage kind.
LUMPY SPACE★ ADVENTURE
Have you ever wanted to go into space? Drift around in zero gravity, and see the world from above? Enjoy the cosmos, fantastic and timeless, for countless hours, surrounded by the natural beauty of the universe? Just think: millions of pinpricks of light, the swan songs of stars that died thousands of years ago, but their light only reaching out eyes now...
... Well, you'll have to wait for another plot, because you're not going to space-space, the final frontier, whatever you want to call it.
You're going to Lumpy Space.
And what, exactly, is Lumpy Space?!
Well, it's like space... but lumpier. And inhabited by lumpy people in lumpy houses, with lumpy cars and lives. It's basically a big black void full of big purple lumps clouds. These clouds have, you know, living stuff on them. Houses. Shopping malls. High schools. Buildings. You know, that kinda stuff.
SPACE: BUT LUMPIER
There's very little gravity, so you can bounce around at will, but just enough that if you try to jump from cloud to cloud, you might just fall to your death in the huge abyss below. And that would like... really suck. Better get a car, dude.
And that is a sweet ride, man.
And what about the PEOPLE?
Well, the people of Lumpy Space are... interesting. Most of them are very superficial, gossipy and dim; the girls talk like stereotypical ~*~popular girls~*~ and the guys talk like stoners.
OH MY BLOB... PROMCOMING IS THIS THURSDAY!!! I TOOOOTALLY GOT THIS NEW LIPSTEEEEK... TOTALLY...
And sorry dudes and dudettes... no powers. Everyone is a normal human/animal here. On the upside, cartoon physics! No one can be seriously hurt (unless you fall into the abyss, which is, um, death) and you can totally breathe up here. Being in Lumpy Space is pretty sweet.
EARTH SUCKS, NO FLOATING.
BUT WAIT: THERE'S DANGER!
IF YOU LET A LUMPY SPACE PERSON BITE YOU.... YOU'RE TOTALLY GONNA TURN LUMPY. And it's NOT pretty!
See, if a Lumpy Space person happens to bite you (ie: trip and accidentally embed their teeth in you) you will be infected... and you will have to find the antidote. Worse than that, you become a Lumpy person in PERSONALITY... and nobody wants to be a stereotypical, hyper-exaggerated teenager.
LUMPY PEOPLE, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
Oh, but PEETAH... how do we GET to LUMPY LUMPY SPACE???
Well... there's this toad. And a mushroom. And you'll find out from there.
Totally unsuspicious. Totally.

So! Crack description of our new area aside, here's the basic rundown:
Plot: Lumpy Space Adventure
Canon of Origin: Adventure Time
Plotmasters: Jenn (
fanfare) and Emmy (
palpable)
Art by: Emmy <3
Summary/Timeflow of events:
Tuesday the 13th: A mysterious duo of Travelers appear, and talk about how it's time to just "leave this place oh my blob." They show the residents a portal to "leave Paradisa" -- who wants to come with? Oh shit, it's LUMPY space.
Wednesday the 14th: Adventure time. Explore Lumpy Space. Have fun in lower gravity. Go to Lumpy High School. Live in Lumpy houses. Get a bit terrified by the craziness and absurdity of it all. Don't fall into the abyss. Maybe get bitten by a Lumpy person and start acting like a teenage stereotype and start looking Lumpy, and have to find the antidote! Have RIDICULOUS space-place fun.
Thursday the 15th: Promcoming. Yes, prom slash homecoming. There's a dance at the high school! Yaaaaaaay! Parrrr-tay... and then back home to Paradisa.
So: please use this plot for... plotting. Who is going? Does anyone want to turn lumpy? (read: cartoony and a total stereotype of whatever teenage personality fits them best, or, for more fun, fits them worst?
And while it's totally not necessary, if you would like to see the canon this originates from, or would just like to see Lumpy Space in action, I've provided a link to where you can watch Lumpy Space in action:
Adventure Time -- Trouble In Lumpy Space It's only fifteen minutes long and totally hilarious, so I strongly recommend it, if you're gonna play this plot.
