Plot End!

Aug 13, 2011 18:49

As of last night the Villain Plot is finally over!

Which means each of the villains has been stopped and all the hostages saved :) Not all of the threads have been completed of course, but for IC's sake here's the low-down of what happened to each villain:

Tadaaaa )

The fight is still going, so we can't say for sure how it ends (please join in if you want to!). The following was an idea worked out in regards to the aftermath a couple months ago, but since some things have changed since then, everything is completely up to debate!

What was being suggested by a few muns was that they would want to try to take Joshua's horns again rather than kill him, so if they don't get taken in the initial fight (maybe by Five or someone else who knows), Prince suggested a psychic (like Peter?) could try to 'will' him to show them for the others to take. But then she suggested he get a new loss in that the castle will return the horns, but he'll have random moments of guilt/sanity when about to hurt someone or something, so it'll stay his hand a lot, and ingrain a moral compass. (This was mod approved if we do go this route.)So in that short period after they remove the horns, he'll probably be unconscious. The main issue here is the Dead Zone. I don't want Joshua just taken to the Dead Zone because then I'll ( ... )

Five would know the horns change him, but he'd have no idea how to remove them. Could he get that from some sort of psychic tug-of-war?

Pretty much to remove them, you just have to rip them off before Joshua can stop/kill you. Clark just sped by and ripped them off, wearing Reno's Ribbon for protection. In the manga, Rosette shoots one horn off, and helps Joshua regain the right memories and he rips the other one off. He won't be doing that here since he doesn't have Rosette or the memories to help him reach that point himself.

So really you just need a good opening and enough force, which Five's smart enough to figure out. Joshua is going to be especially aware of those types of attacks, though, considering he's already lost them once. But if Five maybe lets the others know, they can figure out a quick way to outwit him!

Hmmm. He's probably going to be sticking with Katara after she tried to trip him up in the townspeople thread. If someone can pull me into chat, I'd be happy to plan it out with anyone interested! Use my "chartharsis" screenname, since the old HorribleWilliam one didn't like chats last night.

The fight is still going, but it's pretty much been decided that he's getting clobbered, dragged back, and thrown in jail.

-- He'll most likely need some medical attention. We're thinking at least a broken bone.

-- Also, don't know what 'prison' he's being thrown into? I'm down for wherever you guys want to stash him.

Like Joshua, the PP prison is probably best. Separate from Riful.

As long as Billy is locked up without any visitors/interrogation/whatever for a week because of my hiatus, I don't care where he goes. Also, if they choose to tend to his wounds (lol), I don't think they are ones that would be more than outpatient, so he can be stashed anywhere.

This fight is also still going! The psychics are going to disable him long enough for probably one (or more) of the physical fighters to get in and take him out. A lot of things are still up in the air here!

-- If he's being killed or not. My guess is that the psychics are going to try and keep him from being killed, but I don't know if they are successful or not, and that is just a guess to begin with. So... this is the first big thing that needs to be decided.

-- If he is surviving, I don't know where he's being stashed. He will either NEED to be in the Dead Zone, or kept unconscious with drugs. If he becomes conscious, even a little, for more than a few seconds somewhere that he can used his powers, he is going to attack someone mentally.

-- If he survives, he will mostly likely need severe medical attention, just as an educated guess.

Five might try to build an external Zero Room sort of cell in the PP .... if that would work?

Depowered is a start? But Zero paneling basically subdues outside influence, so he wouldn't be able to sense other minds.

SO MY INTERNET HATES ME AND STUFF

But I did tag the hostage plot, finally. >> Anyways, I know that Brock was going to fight Nikola, as well as Hellboy and Zelman taking punching turns (which I have no idea where to tag that because I am a super derp), but other than that, if you want anything to do with a mad scientist, have a go here and I will work it out! :D
