Can I get Helen put under passable in general European languages? With her years/the sanctuaries/travelling there'll be others (like how James Watson mun originally said) but they're unknown :/ I won't go crazy with them but she'll either know basic phrases in some or enough to pass by

Gorgeous chart ♥ I may be wrong, but putting CSS in a post requires some troublesome hoop-jumping and is really kind of silly. Might as well hard-code.

I'd like to have Shizuru down for passable/poor in BSL, as should be for whoever else's been learning it with Sakura -- which was mostly impled so I'm not fully sure who, though.

But yes, I think your assumption on Angelic is fine. In Tales of Symphonia it's pretty much a dead language that used to be used in ancient times, and now only 'Angels' use it.... but I think it's fair to assume it's only used in their world.
