Here's a little Birthday Remus/Sirius for ya hon.
Sirius bounced on his feet at he was standing outside the bedroom he shared with Remus. It was his birthday and he wanted to know what Remus had gotten him for his birthday. He checked his watch for the hundredth time since he woke up. It was 7am. Time to wake Remus up.
Sirius opened the door and saw the lump in the bed that was Remus Lupin. Sirius got a wicked grin on his face as he leaped onto the lump. Remus let out a cry of suprise.
"Sirius!"
"Hello Moony love. Today is my birthday and I demand to know what you got me for my birthday."
Remus shoved Sirius off him and curled back into a ball. Sirius shoved him.
"Remus!!"
"Your birthday present is in the top dresser drawer along with a card. Now leave me alone to my sleep."
Sirius jumped off the bed and ran to the dresser as Remus went back to sleep. Sirius found his gift and the card. He tore the paper off the package and saw a little black box. Curious, Sirius opened the box and saw a silver ring with two small amber stones. Apon further inspection he saw that the ring was designed to look like a wolf.
He quickly tore the envelope off the card and read it:
Sirius,
Knowing you you have opened the gift without reading the card. I want you to wear this ring as a reminder of my love for you. Whatever may happen, just know that I will always love and support you.
Love you forever,
Remus
Sirius put the card down and looked back towards the bed. Part of him wanted to wake Remus up again and ask about the ring, but another part wanted to let him sleep and just cuddle with him.
In the end the cuddle side won and Sirius made his way to the bed, after slipping the ring on his finger. He gently pulled the covers back and slid in behind Remus. Remus automatically turned around and cuddled into Sirius
Talking could wait. This was so much better.
