One of my 'effin neighbors is smoking pot. I can't tell who it is because its pitch black but I have a feeling that its my peeping tom neighbor, the one that stares into my window from his balcony and has a new girl over every week. Yuck yuck yuck, he is creepy and way too old to be blazing. Once you hit the 30's it is kind of pathetic to take
