I'd be remiss if I didn't plug the annual Arisia Relaxacon, Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May in Dennisport on Cape Cod. It is probably my proudest contribution to Arisia. So, I went to print out Deidre Saoirse Moen's recommended voting strategy to combat Puppygate using the link in the Slate article. After a couple of minutes, I realized the printer was still printing. So, I had to get up and hit cancel. Boskone was last weekend. Still haven't really recovered. For some reason Boskone was more work than Arisia. And it's not like I've finished all my Arisia work either (still need to finish another debrief report and all my expense reports). Finally home from Arisia as of about 7 PM tonight. Went thru the USMail, caught up on LJ, probably going to punt trying to look thru a week of FB, but I should check out the events I've been invited to, and then there are the 3300+ email messages of which about 3000 are new and 300 are Sasquan related that I really should catch up on.

The room block for the NESFA Relaxacon (http://www.nesfa.org/lexicon2014/index.html) (July 25th to 27th) in Burlington, VT closes soon. It should be a good time in a fancier hotel than the Arisia Relaxacon. People should make their reservations soon.

I'm thinking it is time to start recycling some of Arthur's* boxes** and burning them as fire starters. About 2 months ago he had 2 boxes in the family room.   He's up to 6 boxes at the moment between the shoe boxes that A left for him and boxes I've gotten from Ebay.
