dammit. I had this big entry about how mom and I had a fight about my clothes and it erased itself. She said I needed to start dressing like I was 25 and then I bitched and... I'm too angry to rewrite it all. suffice to say we both went away angry and all the positive I got out of it was that I correctly predicted we'd have a fight about my clothes

Like I'm 17 or 18. Jeans that are generally torn or dirty or both and a t-shirt and tennis shoes. My only addition in winter is a heaver fleece sweatshirt.

there's nothing wrong with that. and if she wants to be a bitch, tell her that you "clean up good." ie...show her a pic of you from my wedding...you looked very nice.

Thank you. You looked alright yourself :-P. She just worries about me and wants me to present myself better but I wouldn't care bout someone's opinion if my clothes are what they are based on.
