I was thinking back to an article I read about combining load bearing exoskeletons with power-generating weight carriers, so that a user's movement would power or at least partially recharge the batteries.

I think we need to carry it a step further. Take the Lockheed Martin exoskeleton and add the power generator as mentioned before, but don't ( Read more... )

The math thing may be hard to conquer, but I bet if you put serious work and study into it, you could make it.

I'm recommending this because, to me, your most prominent personality trait has been that you have a fascination with putting things together and how things work. That screams applied sciences.

Yeah, my problem seems to be that my ascribed fascination with "putting things together and how things work" applies just as well to words, food, social concepts, theological dogmas, a million other things. I'm getting too damn old to not go in one direction though.
