No Spoilers Just Opinions.

Batman.

What I've noticed is that a lot of people have a lot of different views on who or what Batman should best be. You have the die hard fans of the 'original concept' Batman, the one who throws criminals off roofs and isn't afraid to break a few bones to get his way. This was deffinitly their movie.

Wasn't he more of a Nighthawk-Hawkman villain? And when he was in Gotham wasn't he mostly in with the Joker?

I think he's pretty much a generic DC villian. But he's lame enough that no one really really uses him on a regular basis. He's a Gentleman Ghost for christ's sake!

My second choice would have been Clock King, but only the Clock King with the watch-face mask and Clocks all over his tights.

Lol, this is true. I actually surprised myself by knowing you were talking about when you mentioned the Gentleman Ghost.

As for the Clock King (I only know the version from the animated series) but I think that would be amazingly hilarious.

Though in reality I'm interested to see the "return" of Two-Face, and it's a little too clear that he'll be next or sometime in the near future.

*SPOILERS*

Two-Face died at the end. It wasn't clear, but there was never an issue of "where do we lock him up", so I assumed he was just flat out dead.

My serious guess would be Catwoman, as there is no female lead. I'd also like the see Penguin, Black Mask, or even Blockbuster fill the organised crime hole.
