It's amazing how I watch people around me go through the same cycles of behavior. It makes me wonder whether anyone pays any attention to what's going on outside their own lives. It begs questions like "Weren't you watching when so-and-so did this same sort of thing? It didn't turn out so well then and it won't turn out so well for you either
