good for you for standing up for yourself. i know i don't have the guts to do that. i've got the guts to pound back 83 pirogies in one sitting, but not to speak my mind. there's seriously something wrong with my insides.
as for the "insane" hypothesis, i disagree. i think we're both similar in that respect (not being insane, of course...but not wanting to be held back). it's not that i don't want to be tied down, it's that i don't want to be involved with the wrong person. and believe me, i've had my share of those. i have nothing against finding someone to spend the rest of my life with now, as long as they understand i still have dreams and aspirations, and allow me to follow them as i would do the same for them.
Oh no I'm insane. I basically realized that I feel there are so many other people I'm going to meet in my life still that who knows what could happen in the future. Why bother with now? In retrospect it doesn't make sense to me even, but that's how it is.
