I like lists. Putting everything down, setting it out in order. Lists are calming.

Things I can eat at the moment.
Soya yoghurt (plain only)
"Fat free" cottage cheese
Waitrose nut, seed & sultana sprinkle. One tablespoon with one of the above, for breakfast
Green leafy veg / salad
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes. Only as part of a salad for lunch, and not more than four.
Mini apples (one a day max)
Bananas (one a day max, only before exercise)
Fish / seafood
Lean meat
Boiled eggs. Exercise days only.
Protein shakes made from vegan protein powder (one scoop brown rice, one scoop pea) and 500ml almond milk. After exercise only.
Tesco's 10g Christmas milk chocolate bars. Depending on my calories & carbs/sugar for the day.
Snack pack of Whitworths dried fruit. Only after a 5km run.
Sainsburys almond medley snack pack. Depending on calories & protein/fat balance for the day.
Options Indulgence chocolate brownie hot chocolate, as a rare treat
Coffee
Fruit or herbal tea
Water (3.75 litres on exercise days)

Things currently in the house that I would eat if I was going to die tomorrow
4 Gu lemon cheesecakes
2 Waitrose seriously chocolatey melt in the middle desserts
Most of a huge apricot tart (Waitrose seriously.. range again)
A few squares of Cadburys fruit & nut
8 cherry and almond all butter cookies
Huge packet of digestives and a block of red leicester
Bread and butter and jam and honey
Big bag of posh crisps (Kettle or similar)
Pizza
Pasta
Fish fingers
A pear
Various ready meals in the freezer
A Tesco finest individual sized lemon tart
Lots of sausages

Things we don't have in that I would buy and eat if I knew I was going to die tomorrow
Fish and chips, and one of those crap battered sausages.
Lots of pies, with different fillings
Chinese takeaway
Indian takeaway
About a hundred varieties of cake and other patisserie items
Posh quiche
Chocolate
Icecream
MOAR cheesecake
Biscuits, cookies, flapjack, chocolate brownies
Macaroni cheese
Yorkshire pudding & roast potatoes & gravy
Crusty baguette with butter and various sweet and savoury toppings
Soda bread
Tattie scones
Orange juice
Chocolate or strawberry milkshake
Treacle tart
Stew with dumplings

Things I need to do
Walk the dogs
Write two letters
Send some emails
Laundry
Sort through all my clothes / paperwork / other crap and tidy it away properly
College work
Accounts/tax return stuff for work
Finish reading the books I'm on at the moment
Buy some trainers that aren't falling apart
Buy some walking boots that aren't falling apart
Book a place on a college information day and ask for the time off work
Paint my nails, pluck my eyebrows etc.
Stop spending money on things I don't really need
Put the bird feed out in the garden when it's light
Stop chewing and spitting food
