i hated bedpans... so embarassing. lol. specially at night when you have to put it somewhere coz the night nurse is busy.... oh and then you need something to throw up in... and it isn't empty. YUCH.

alll i can say is ouch that must have hurt. yes i have heard a few times that some doc's and nurses are complete retards regarding appropriate times to speak with patients regarding non urgent (ie not disease related) issues.

Yah it truly did hurt. I asked my mum about the timing of hospital staff, seeing as she's an ICU nurse at the Alfred, and she had no idea what I was talking about. They must be completely oblivious to anything not directly related to the health issue at hand. BASTARDS!! how dare they spend more time trying to fix the health issue rather than respect privacy!! i was so shitty at them....well, as shitty as i could be in a still-anaesthetised state :oP
