Well, I'm pretty sure that's just price gouging so don't feel bad. ParaKiss merchandise isn't very popular anymore, so people think they can get away with charging outrageous prices for simple things. I'm pretty much on a hunt for anything related to ParaKiss, though, so please let me know if you find anything super cool! ESPECIALLY Happy Berry gear. Because, seriously, Happy Berry is the best made up brand ever.
Oh! By the way! I'm selling handmade Happy Berry stud earrings if you're interested? I made some for my Miwako cosplay and so many people started asking where they could get some so I'm making them for $10 now. I just packaged up my best ones for mailing without getting a picture, but if you'd like I can take a picture of the (slightly) flawed ones that I made for myself?

It's the whole skin sensitivity thing. ew. But I have heard a way to prevent the problem. By putting clear nail polish on the metal. I havent tried it yet, cause I don't have clear polish. Maybe that should be my experiment for tomorrow! lol Cause i have toonsss of earrings waiting to be worn. But a picture would be nice please! =]
And Ill totally be out on the look out for Yazawa Ai merch~ <3 She's like my favorite manga-ka. Are you a fan of NaNa too?
Ohhh - I totally understand! I'm so sorry, that's really lame! :< Unfortunately, the backings of my studs are just regular craft-store backs which, I'm pretty sure, are far from safe for sensitive ears.
I haven't read that much of Nana, actually - I'm through book six, I think, but I heard from a friend that it gets really super depressing towards the end so I'm pacing myself. I don't mind drama, but I'm a sucker for happy endings so I'm taking my time and digesting NANA slowly.

Dude. I was a total fangirl for NaNa few years back~~ oO; Like scary fangirl. Loved everythiiing about it. And then I got to like ...the 13th book. And I literally have to digest what I read. I think like the 17th book came out, and I only read to 14 or 15. It gets HELLA dramatic. I kinda wonder what Yazawa Ai is thinking. -_- lol But I totally won't give up on the series. I just can't really afford to keep up with it right now x_x eh.
That's what I've heard. I don't know about everything that's going on, but I'm working on a Nana K. costume right now for an upcoming con and my loverboy/cosplay partner wanted to go as whoever she ended up with so I stupidly Googled it and, man, dramarama! I'm still not sure who she does end up with, but what's going on towards the end just sounds so sad! I have to say, I'm a much bigger fan of Yazawa's mildly happy endings. (See: ParaKiss & Gokinjo Monogatari)
