my muscles hurt a bit. i really tried not to overdo it though. so i had around 40 min of pilates after lunch and 45 mins on the bike at night time. just sweated a bit. wanna repeat it tom again.
alright im applying for wes accreditation. hope i can get all the right forms and everything goes through smoothly. im wishing more than ever that i did this with mich. just doing something with someone isnt as nerve racking.
back from BBBS. that was my first climb and im so envious of the fairy woodland mountainers ... they bound from tree root to rock and etc.. slidding on pebbles with ease, no fear!
