Had my first physical therapy session Saturday. At 8 in the morning. Needless to say, I was less than pleased.
Apparently I did something awful to my neck and back, thus causing me both to lose most of my flexibility in those muscles and a heck of a lot of pain and discomfort. ( Read more... )
