CARS ARE OFF LIMITS.

Anyone firing at or from a car is engaging in dangerous behavior. Even if the thing is parked. Be safe, people.

In general, active weapons (such as guns) will be subject to witness restrictions, while passive ones (such as poisons) will not. However, if you catch someone in the act of placing poison, they become a legal target for you ( Read more... )

The first cycle will begin in approximately a week. This will be a standard rules Circle of Death, with a slight twist. As this will be a qualifier round, there will be an activity timer so we here at Damage Control can track who is and is not active.
