Red Eye

I went swimming with Heulwen last night and I forgot how much swimming pool water makes my eyes sting when I haven't been for ages. I feel like I'm coming down with flu today as my eyes and nose are streaming! Yuck. All this sport (softball, tennis, touch rugby and swimming) will be worth it if I can get rid of my beer baby and lose a stone
