Synopsis: The next day I saw him again, the first time that I did in the morning. I just usually see him at night, I thought maybe he slept there but I guess he didnt since he changed his clothes. He's alone. I rode the bus, he didnt. When the bus left, I turned to see him walk away from his spot.

I always took the first bus in the morning and the last bus at night.
I worked two jobs and because of that, I have no social life. The only people I guess I could call my friends are the people I work with and the commuters I usually ride the bus with whom I guess have the same routines as I do.
Lately, every night, I'd see him by the bus stop. Raven - haired, pointed nose, hazel eyes. Smoking as if waiting for someone. Lucky someone. At least somebody's waiting for him while I have to walk home alone, a few houses away from where I am now.
The next day I saw him again, the first time that I did in the morning. I just usually see him at night, I thought maybe he slept there but I guess he didnt since he changed his clothes. He's alone. I rode the bus, he didnt. When the bus left, I turned to see him walk away from his spot.
I never bothered about someone before, since I dont have time to but that mysterious man kept bugging my head and it's becoming irritating. I was never the curious type, never the nosey type but there's something about that man that's getting into me.
For some reason, I felt a little agitated when I saw him again that night on the bus stop. I decided to ignore him.
The next morning he was there again. So was that night and the next morning. I know he means nothing to me but i need to feed this curiosity. It's killing me already.
Tonight I was glad he was at the bus stop. I took a deep breath. Ive never been good with people. I was never the first to approach.
"Excuse me, sir?" I asked, he turned to me but said nothing.
"I... I see you everytime and you never get on the bus... maybe Im a little curious, but are you waiting for someone?" I continued.
He shook his head, "No. He just arrived."
"I see. I'm sorry then."
"No. I mean, you just arrived."
"What?"
"I've just moved into town, and we've been next door neighbors for weeks now. I'd always see you at night by our windows. Believe me, I'm not a stalker, but... I kind of... got interested in you. I'd never see you in the mornings and at night, you'd seem stressed since you just head straight to your room. I was certain you're too busy to acquaint yourself with anyone. It's only a few days ago that I finally got your routine in the morning. I guess, I kind of wanted to pretend seeing you off in the mornings then pretend that Im picking you up at night."
I smiled, a little amused. I wasnt expecting the explanation he gave but i appreciate it alot. I scratched my head, speechless. I never knew someone who does stuffs like this. Not for me at least.
"Hello, Stranger. I'm Tora." He held out his hand, i took it and shook it lightly. "Saga."
"Hello, Saga. I came to pick you up. Maybe walk you home this time?" He smiled.
"How about coffee? I'm pretty sure there's still a shop open nearby." I asked.
"I'd love that."
We walked away from the the bus stop side by side, I was a little quiet, it's not everyday i'd run into someone who confesses to me when we're total strangers. Well, I didnt run into him, he was waiting for me.
"By the way, Tora. You wont have to wake up early to see me off tomorrow."
"Why is that?"
"It's my day off from both my jobs."
"Then you can stay up late tonight? You know? We can get to know each other."
"Yeah. I'd appreciate that. It would be a little less... creepy."
"That's true."
He laughs. I laugh with him. He could actually be a huge change of pace to my boring and routinary life.
And I would love that change so much.
