Fiction (Update)

Oct 14, 2010 20:17

So after my personal odysse through Yunnan (one of those days I'll find a way to upload those pics to lj, screwy connection or not) left me with enough time - about 72h on trains - to work on the next chapter, here it is. Personally, I don't like the first part of it very much - but the later part turned out as I wanted it to. ^^

Title: What ( Read more... )

Nooooooo!!
Fuji must not die.
I fear the demon will get him if he is dead.

^^ Tezuka is going to try his best to make sure Fuji doesn't die. The rest of the world on the other hand, well...

Thank you for reading!

T________________T. Gosh, this is the second sad Tezuka/Fuji I've read today.

Fuji being a puppet in the other dimension made so much sense. All of a sudden there was hope... until now... D:

You sure know how to leave us hanging!

Hm, maybe the weather is causing people to write sad fics? Anyhow, thank you very much for reading ^^

Well, the in-depth explanations will happen soon. Though first Tezuka is going to attempt to save Fuji. ^_~

As much as I like to try and figure out what's going to happen next in a story like this, I like it even more when an author manages to blindside me...and you did exactly that in this chapter! I reacted just like Tezuka when Ayana told him that Fuji needed to be taken to the hospital because he stopped breathing - I think I had to reread that passage three times before it sunk in ( ... )

Thank you very much for reading and commenting. I'm quite sorry for taking such a long time to get back to you, but things have been busy.

Anyhow, Tezuka was in for quite a couple of surprises. And all those on top of his new powers make for a dangerous combination. Actually, it might make a good plot for a fic on its own - Tezuka's reactions to everything would be interesting to explore from a more psychological point of view.

In this however they're a part of the storyline, so I fear I won't pay more attention to his psychological development than strictly necessary. Wrapping the fic up, as well as the final explanations are already turning out to be little monsters (ended up taking an explanation part from the next chapter because it went far past 5000 words, which is too much for one chapter, methinks).

Anyhow, people will try to get themselves together in order to save Fuji, but it's not going to be easy. ^_~

This chapter came quite fast (considering you might be very busy and all). I thought I just finished reading the last chapter not long ago. Not that I don't appreciate the efficient update of course, we always love to read more. :)

I like how you portrayed Yumiko in this chapter. She might be a bit angry, but I think she was just too sorrow to even look Tezuka in the eye. And they still have time to come up with something, before Fuji's parents come back. So...there's still hope, isn't it?

I assume you're already back from Taipei? How was your trip? I really hope that you'll come, although I have no idea what will we do (haven't a foreign friend visit me before ^^"). Do you have my contact btw? :)

^^ As you see, one chapter goes fast, the next one slower. Keeping a regular pace is a bit difficult in the end. ^^;

Anyhow, I had fun writing Yumiko as a bit cold to Tezuka in that moment - though she knows well enough to pull herself together. I just thought she had a right to be upset at that time. ^^

ehehe, well, Taibei was fun, though I had to change my plans for HK. Going over Christmas won't happen (flight's too expensive for my friend), but I'll be in Hong Kong from the 14th of January to the 15th (stop over). So if you have time then, I'd be more than happy to meet up ^__^
