It's funny you mention downsyndrome because there is a guy who takes care of some of the yardwork at my college, and he had downs, (they're all retarded in one way or another) and his "costume" was a really weird beaten up plastic wig. It was so ridiculous.

And today I went to school dressed up as a nun with nothing under it but thigh-highs, a bra and a waist-cincher. :) Wish you were here! That probation thing really sucks, by the way.
