I want a patrol set up which ventures into Knockturn Alley. Avoid violent contact with any hostile groups that are hanging around. Your presence should discourage any such groups from illegal actions. 
If a red haired male with numerous tatooes shows up, keep him there and call for back-up. He is a known Death Eater and can be dangerous.
