McCarthy, Part Deux
Ah, Michelle Bachmann. How I loathe you, you vapid piece of right-wing filth.
If you are unaware, Ms. Bachmann called for the media to investigate all members of Congress (read: Democrats), to see if they are Pro-America or Communists, er, Anti-America.
To (mis)quote Joseph N. Welch "Let us not assassinate this lad further, Senator. You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, [Ms. Bachmann/Republican Party], at long last? Have you left no sense of decency?"
And if this were not bad enough, in a follow-up interview Pat Buchanan said he was not aware of any Anti-America members of Congress, essentially condemning Ms. Backmann's comments as ridiculous. This is not the first time he has explained away the Right as being extremist and/or out-of-touch during this election cycle.
What the hell is wrong with this country when PAT FREAKING BUCHANAN is is a CENTRIST and the VOICE OF REASON!
