Thanks. I'm probably going to be looking into some kind of diet soon. I do want to try to get one day off for the summer (I'll know by Tuesday) so I can spend it at the gym or swimming or something else excercisey.
Something small and consistent is good, but if you can talk to a trainer, that's also cool. And honestly, a major diet may not be the best thing. I was very strongly told not to do Atkins or South Beach because it's actually worse on the kidneys.
