I think feminism can be interpreted in different ways by very different people. I'm not sure if this song is meant to be a feminist anthem at all. I found it more to be more of a "fuck you, I'm awesome" type of tune.

I also think a lot of people take Beyonce more seriously than she deserves to be taken.
