'twould seem there's nothing to do but wait
and with each other to commiserate.

Commiserating is one thing. Being at one another's throats is another.

::pointed glance at the twins::

At least we got Linda in here before the...well, I don't know what to call it, happened.

I'm glad you haven't lost your optimism!

...I am really worried about Ari, though. This is too close to home.

I know, Sakon. I've been hearing it for the last three days.

But what's the alternative? Going out in that and trying to find the mess hall? The only people who are wandering that void safely are demons, or beings like that unicorn, it's not as if it's safe for people like us!

Ain't got nothing better to do than complain.

This goes much longer we're gonna be getting real hungry.

::sighs:: How is that any different than normal? Don't you have that scroll to work on, or something? You know, the one you always spread out on the floor and I almost trip over it and break my neck?

You're still feeling hungry even after those pills?

[Cabin residents may feel a slight charge in the air, but that's only because there's suddenly a big freakin' bolt of lightning manifesting inside the cabin, followed by an only slightly less big freakin' thunder god.]

Well. That worked better than anticipated.

Nokoru! What were you trying to escape from? Are you okay?

Ah, well, when one is confined to one's cabin for several days, they are left with little else but their paperwork. To instead spend this time with such a beautiful figure of justice is indeed a much better alternative!

Oh, Nokoru, you do go on!

I'm glad to see you, but...how did you get to my cabin in the first place?
