I really hate polls that don't have an "other" "none of the above" or whatever category. I also hate when they have really specific categories, making it more likely that none of the answers actually apply, and forcing people to choose answers that don't best reflect their real answer.
That's Fox News not knowing how to read! Not surprising. They should have said that approximately 59% of respondents indicated very or somewhat likely, while 26% said not at all or not very likely. The remaining 15% said they were not sure. That would have gotten them the "Hey, look! Almost 60% of people who listen to us also agree with us!" that they were going for.
Beyond the issue of targeting the poll to get the results they want issue, my main criticism is that they didn't include a "This poll is silly!" or "Fox is full of BS!" option.
