Nepeta is happy napping on the awning of a candy store. To those below, she's obviously been eating sweets because her paws and face are tinted with red and her tongue is out, showing that it's now turned brown from the mix of red and green. Even her communication device, which was also coated in green saliva and sugar, is tinted with the candy-red substance. But if you can get up there, you'll see a body next to her of an innocent civilian, and blood dripping down from a message.

There's also a crude doodle of this charming young man, with a heart drawn next to it, which seems to have been her test of the blood's ability to write.
By all outer appearance, she clearly thinks nothing of this death, and may have actually enjoyed it. In any case, she's asleep and grinning and definitely not mourning. Perhaps this cheerful no-worries attitude has gotten a little too far into her head.
