Can you recommend me something? Anything: Books, movies, music, porn, art, food, videos... I'm a bit blocked here and long for something inspiring. My creativity is there, I can feel it bubbling under my skin. I just can't bring it on the surface. I want to express myself. I feel, constantly, but can't put all that into words.

There's tons of good stuff at CGUnit as well.
As for music, my current favorite band is Animal Collective. Their latest album, Merriweather Post Pavilion, is so friggin great!

As for Animal Collective - I'm getting into them right now! Perhaps you've mentioned them before and I've read some articles about them too, and it got stuffed in the music section of my brain, and finally, yesterday, like half an hour before I read your comment, I remembered them and downloaded some of their albums. And yes - I'm liking them :)
