Really, when I started this blog, it was for my pleasure and for sharing with my friends the things that are happening in my life. Thus far, I have kept some posts locked and some posts open to public viewing. Thankfully, so far so good. I have not had much nasty encounters from people I don't know. Sorry to hear abt your experience. I lock my blog and still had strange Friend's request from ppl that I dont even know.:P Lots of weirdos around nowadays.

I'm not sure if I qualify to be included or you know me in real life but I believe we met briefly .. I know you thru mutual LJ friends like Lily, Lena, Anny, Jenice, to name a few .. I do get to read some of your posts as you are in my friend's list, but perhaps only occasionally when they are public I guess, and I shy away from commenting coz it has to seek some kind of clearance or something. I can understand if you want to lock up :)
