last weekend was parents' weekend.
thursday night sara and i went to
crackerbarrel for dinner with her
parents. friday my mom arrived.
we went to the hollins dance
program at the jefferson centre
with sara's parents, since sara
is a lameass and had to work that
night.

i spent the night at the hotel with
my mom, then saturday we met
up with sara and her parents in
floyd,

sunday mom and i made a wal-mart run
and then met dad at the hotel roanoke
for brunch. afterwards, mom had to
leave to go home. dad stayed around
for the rest of the afternoon and
i gave him a tour of the v.a.c.
then he dropped me off at the grandin
before driving back to d.c.

sara and i saw the director's cut
of donnie darko. i love that movie.

last night we watched the dreamers.
it was more like incestuous
pornography. very west virginia.

i forgot to update about two weekends
ago. most of it is a blur.

about 1 a.m. sara and i came home
from wafflehouse after consuming
five orders of hashbrowns and a grilled
cheese between the two of us. my
r.a. stopped by and invited us to
hang out in her room. she had three
guys visiting her. we started taking
shots and duder, the fat kid, stripped
and started dancing. luckily, i don't
remember much of the show, but i do
remember laughing histarically.

i drank far too much and ran up and
down the hallway making an idiot
of myself (i think i do a good job
of that when i'm sober). i stole one
of summer and jess's pumpkins from
outside their door and presented it
to jaime as a gift. apparently
upon the realization that their
beloved pumpkin was missing, they
posted a note on the bathroom mirror
requesting that te thief please return
him safely. i was forced to oblige.

finally, around 5 a.m., sara and i
stumbled down the hall to our room
where i missed the trashcan, and
projected hashbrowns all over our floor.
trying to be of some drunken assistance,
i attempted to vacuum up my
mess, but to no avail. being the
wonderful roomie that she is,
sara washed my hair in the sink and
scrubbed the floor with soap while
i held drunken conversations online
with people i hadn't talked to since
frehsman year of high school. overall,
it was a success of a night.

that concludes this entry. until
next time, this is sarah rhodes
reporting live from randy 103.
