I have realized now, since guard has been out, that with out the constant rehearsals, my body goes to shit! lol. I actually feel soo much better when I have just had a grueling 2 or 3 hour rehearsal. Saturday, yesterday, was FBA. It was THE day, the day that we all busted our asses for, the day where we got judged.
