i would love to be painted! There are several upcoming fairs in Baltimore which i can think of off the top of my head - Lady Fest (April 11-13 - http://www.myspace.com/ladyfestbmore) Love Fest (i don't know details yet, but i'll get them if you're interested), and how about Pride events? Baltimore is June 21-22, DC is 15-16, there's a Chesapeake Pride, Harrisburg Pride, NYC Pride, about 20 million separate prides in PA (and i think a bunch are smallish, so you should be able to get in without major vendor troubles).
