Yay! I'm glad you had a nice time. We steered well clear of the "gawd" issue in the ceremony due to neither of us being at all religious and for the comfort of those of our friends who might find it ...off putting, to say the least. We did have the prayer before the meal by Mandy's grandfather because he was pretty gun-ho about it, but I was glad that was quite short too.
I did not get to ask: did you read and/or enjoy any of the literature that you and Steve were so kind to bring back? Anything that stood out in your mind as good or poor? Don't be gentle; I can take it (and maybe even like it too) ;-p
