It's how they first meet, Kihyun rounding the corner too quickly and then Hoseok is suddenly there. They don't know each other, but Kihyun is completely distracted from the fact that his coffee has ended up on the ground. Distracted by the way Hoseok looks, the way he's looking at him. Kihyun feels himself start to blush, but then Hoseok is talking to him, apologizing for spilling his coffee.
It takes them three dates before they sleep together. Four before they're officially dating. But only one for Kihyun to know that he's going to fall in love. It isn't hard to see where things are going, but he's okay with that. He's been single for too long to ignore the way he feels. But at the same time, he's worried about seeming desperate. But by the time he's been dating Hoseok for three months, he realizes that was never a problem.
He's happy. He's so happy. He still buys coffee from the same cafe where he bought it the day they met. And every time he rounds the corner, he's careful. Not that it matters, it won't happen again. It doesn't need to. Hoseok's already in his life.
