They stand on the bank of the river, watching the sunset. Maybe it'll be the last one or maybe the world won't end in the next twenty-four hours. Kihyun has taken care of his goodbyes, settled his debts (the few that he had) and now all he can do is wait. It's all everyone can do now, just wait.
Hoseok slides his hand into Kihyun as they watch the sun dip behind the buildings across the river in the heart of Seoul. They don't talk, what is left to say? They agreed to watch the sunset and then return to the flat that they share. And so as darkness settles over the city, they turn from the river and walk away.
In some parts of the world, it may already be over and in many parts the end is yet to come. Or it may not happen at all. They have twenty-four hours to find out. Less than that, now. So they return to their flat to face the end of the world together.
