31 Days of January: 08. Shackles - Kihyun/Wonho

"I cannot believe you got us into this." Kihyun shouts at Hoseok. They're both handcuffed to a pole in a back room at a bar neither of them really waned to go into.
"You said you were following a lead." Hoseok protests, wiggling around Kihyun hopes he's trying to pick the lock on his handcuffs.
"I was! I didn't know it would lead to the same club where you'd be." Kihyun's half watching Hoseok and half the door. The guy who locked them in here could be back at any time.
"I texted you!" Hoseok's protests momentarily distract Kihyun and he turns his full attention to his boyfriend.
"Yeah, I got it too late now, didn't I?" Their argument is stupid, but it's the only thing keeping them both sane. It's a dumb argument, too. This is really neither of their faults, except that they both missed the signs.
They both lapse into silence as Kihyun lets his boyfriend work. He fidgets a little, cursing his lack of lock picking skills. It's not for lack of trying, he's just terrible at it. A few minutes pass and someone walks by their door. Kihyun freezes, but Hoseok goes on, unaware. The person passes and no one opens the door. Kihyun sags in relief.
"Done." Hoseok whispers, his handcuffs dropping to the floor. He crawls across and Kihyun turns, giving him access to his own cuffs.
A minute or two later and they're off. He rubs his wrists and then turns. Hoseok kisses him quickly and then they're prying the window open and crawling out. Free to following leads for another day.
